MRS MARGARET KADDU
BACKGROUND
HR ICON was incorporated in 2014 in Uganda, to provide professional organizational
development (OD) and human capital development (HCD) consultancy services.
It grew out of an independent individual consultancy started in 2010 by Maggi
Kaddu. The organization was established to support people and organizations to
enhance their unique strengths in order to make their greatest contributions.
HR ICON is a lean, streamlined organization, and boasts a
growing network of professional consultants and associates
with deep analytical capabilities. We render services to the
public sector, private sector across multiple industries in
Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda and the not for profit
organizations.
HR ICON has cultivated a reputation of trusted business
partner, by leading engineering consulting and agri-business
firms in Uganda

This vision statement expresses the company belief that at the heart
of the HR services and human capital development, challenges in
organizations and communities can be addressed through
professional support to upskill and empower people and their
